All appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid an automatic $40 late cancellation fee. I do understand that situations and emergencies arise that may make it difficult for you to give adequate notice of your cancellation, and I will take that into consideration.

In the event of a no show, the cost of your FULL SESSION will be charged to the credit card on file. If you have prepaid massages, you will lose one prepaid massage.
